$150 Evaluation Rebate
Available now through December 31, 2019, this rebate will only apply to first-time evaluations. Request an appointment or information packet and your rebate form will be mailed or emailed to you. After paying for your first evaluation, send SpeechEasy a copy of your receipt and the completed evaluation rebate form. We will mail you a rebate check up to $150 of the amount you paid. The evaluation must occur on or before December 31, 2019, and should be postmarked by January 14, 2020.
